Spinach Salad

I mayyy have this thing with spinach...but that's because it's sooooooo good for you!  (and it's tastey) Of course I had to make a salad, my favorite go to when I'm hungry but feel bloated and don't want a full meal. 

Ingredients for this amazing creation 

  1. Spinach!!!! 
  2. Dried Cranberries 
  3. Almonds  
  4. Fetta cheese
  5. Alvocado  
  6. Balsalmic dressing

Let's go over the reasons this salad is good for you. First of all Spinach... Spinach is like I said sooooooo good for you! The most well known fact people know is its full of iron. It's high in niacin, zinc, protein, fiber, calcium and vitamins A, C, E, K. It can be very beneficial towards heart health and people who are anemic. Cranberries, according to Medicalnewstoday.com can help lower blood pressure and decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease and it's effects on minimizing tumors is also being studied. Almonds contain healthy fats, magnesium, vitamin E, and protein. Feta Chease, well it just taste yummy, honestly I haven't been able to find much on its health benefits but hey it made Caring.com's  top 5 cheeses! And finally avocado, or as some call it alligator pear! So tastey and filling! Avocado is very good for your hair skin and nails. It's full of vitamins K, C, E, B5, B6, potassium and folate. There you go guys a yummy tastey salad full of vitamins! Of course if you have digestive issues I would definitely substitute many of the ingredients to fit your own beneficial needs, Spinach and almonds can be very hard on the tummy.
